About the Developer:
David L. Ebershoff has studied engineering, math/physics, and education
plus an MBA in Marketing. Following six years in engineering and
computer sales, he began a career as a commercial real estate salesman
in 1972. In 1978, he became a developer. David has been involved
in 25-30 light industrial, commercial and storage projects over
the last 25 years. He has acted as a consultant and written numerous
articles for industry publications. He has served on industry-related
boards and as President of the Self Service Storage Association,
whose members consisted of mini (self) storage developments and
developers.
He has also had a career as a former professional basketball player
and national air show performer. He designed and built several award-winning
aircraft. David has restored several award winning antique automobiles.
David serves on several community boards and associations such as:
The Race for the Cure, Habitat for Humanity, Experimental Aircraft
Association, International Aerobatics Club, and other church and
community groups. Personal and professional references are available
