PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Stapleton Business Plaza is located in Denver, Colorado on 3.16 acres, on the Northeast quadrant of the I-70 Quebec Street interchange, formerly the main exit off I-70 to the old Stapleton International Airport. The exterior construction of all three buildings is poured in place, architecturally attractive, tilt panel construction, painted and enhanced by inlaid designs, colorful awnings and massive roof crown moldings. Three buildings contain a total of 34 units. The Project is designed with flexible space (“flex space”) allowing each unit to be owned individually or several to be linked together into larger units. All units are separately metered for gas and electricity to permit individual billing.



Building A
Building A contains eight (8) units totaling 13,500 square feet of open shell space.
